Asphalt patching and repair work in progress

Asphalt Patching & Repair

Patching and repair work that restores damaged pavement, addresses failed areas, and helps keep the rest of the surface in service longer.

Repair Capabilities

Targeted repairs that restore function and structural integrity.

Some repairs are surface level. Others need to address the base below. The right patch depends on what actually failed and how the property is used.

  • Utility trench patching
  • Pothole and surface failure repair
  • Base failure and full-depth remediation

What We Consider

The repair should fit the failure and the traffic it serves.

We plan around the severity of the damage, the traffic the pavement carries, and how much of the property needs to stay usable during the repair.

  • Whether the failure is surface-level or structural
  • Traffic and access during the repair window
  • How the patch should tie into surrounding pavement

Utility Cut Repairs

Utility trench patches need to tie back into the surrounding pavement cleanly and with enough structure to hold up.

Surface Failure Repair

Potholes and localized failures should be repaired before they spread further into the lot.

Full-Depth Patching

When the base has failed, the repair needs to rebuild the section instead of hiding the problem under new asphalt.

Talk Through The Scope
